The switch and cord of this power supply are well constructed and felt very heavy duty. I also like that it is a toggle switch (although it's unlabeled) so I can see what position it is in (e.g. before plugging in my pi).However, the power supply itself is only mediocre. It does provide ample power and the voltage is above the minimum for a raspberry pi (4.7v) well beyond the state supply (mine reached 3.7A), but it lacks true under-voltage protection and will not shut off below the minimum.The VR tolerances are also sloppy and the voltage drops significantly as current increases. This means the voltage is rather high under minor loads (5.4V in my case) and that it's likely a bad unit could easily have out-of-spec voltages and cause problems. Overall, while OK, I prefer to trust my project to better power.
