Excellent Tea Maker
This infuser is easy to use and clean and makes excellent tea and keeps it hot. I use the travel sleeve so the bottle is always cool to the touch while the tea is hot. Very well made and I keep it on my office desk and use it every day. Highly recommended for tea lovers. So much better than nasty tea bags!

Absolutely the best!
I absolutely love this cup! Great for hot tea on the go! Amazon didn’t want to do an exchange as the bottle inside wall cracked but reached out to the company and the exchange is on the way!!! Thank you for the great customer service!!

Game changer for tea lovers
I love tea and this is a game changer! You add the lose leaf tea into the infuser and fill it up with hot water. You can make it as strong as you like. The sleeve it comes with keeps it hot for hours. Over all the design is perfect for tea lovers. like myself.

Royalty: Have tea time like the queen on the move that you are.
I really like this product. The thick glass makes it very durable, and the bottle is the perfect size for holding an adequate amount of liquid while still being easy to carry around. I appreciate how functional it is, whether serving loose leaf tea or fruit-infused beverages. It opens easily and offers good value for the money. I also like that it is transparent, allowing me to watch the brewing process and easily determine when it's time for a refill. My main complaint is that not all parts are dishwasher safe. Someone who prefers the convenience of a portable container like this likely doesn't have time to hand wash it every day.

Pure Zen Tea Tumbler
This item works like it says. The double wall insulated glass holds cold or heat for decent amount of time. What I like best about as opposed to my 18 oz Yeti is that with the Yeti if you put something fresh hot in it and hour later it's still way too hot to drink without burning your mouth. Zen tea tumbler holds heat long enough to keep it warm, but not so hot that you can't drink it. After waiting about 15 or 20 minutes the tea or coffee inside should be cooled down enough to enjoy without burning yourself. What I don't like about it, is that the infuser does let some small particles escape form the infuser. I brewed some Japanese Sencha green tea in it for the first two brews, and it did let some of the sediment escape. However when I brewed some loose leaf Massala Chai tea it seemed to work better. if you were to take a tea bag and cut it open and dump into the infuser basket, bag tea usually uses finer broken leavers and therefore will allow for sediment in your drink. But if you use a quality loose leaf tea with longer leaf structure it will work better. To be clear I do not have an issue with the way that the infuser basket infuses. It infuses the tea just fine. The infuser is very easy to use screws on and off with ease. I would suggest to this company that they might try using a different mesh material for the infuser basket much like that screen mesh used for the Finum brewing baskets. Otherwise it's great. I also like the aesthetics of the Zen Tea Tumbler. Nice packaging as well. 01/18/2024. I would like to edit my initial review from four stars to five stars. I have to say that I was very impressed with the customer service and follow up from Laura the owner and creator of the Pure Zen Tea Tumbler. Laura reached out to me to address my concerns. Laura was very open to hearing my suggestions for her product. I appreciate her quick and thorough response. Thank you so much Laura.

Tons better than a random travel infuser I bought; quibble with removing gaskets
I've been intermittent fasting for a few months and find that a good cup of herbal tea is a nice way to while away the non-eating until lunchtime. I typically use loose tea and have a few infuser/strainer devices (some better than others) that I use to prepare my cup of tea.A long time ago, I bought a random glass infuser travel bottle (NOT this one) and a month or so ago, I filled its infuser basket, set the bottle on its top cap and realized that the top (and the top cap) was so narrow that I was worried about the glass bottle tipping over as I was filling it with boiling water from the bottom.Somehow, I managed to avoid disaster there, but when I went to put the bottom "lid" on, I realized that the single-layer glass had gotten really, really hot, so I had to use an oven mitt to hold the bottle and -- having read reviews of the glass breaking when the lid was being tightened -- I gently secured the lid. (Perhaps you can see where this is going. :)When I flipped the entire thing upside-right (with my oven mitt, of course), tea began leaking out of the bottom. Sigh. So I had to flip upside-down again and tighten that bottom lid without breaking the glass container.Somehow, I managed to do that and was *finally* able take my tea to-go. (Although I kept the bottle in a bag in case it leaked in the car!)Since I'd had so much trouble with this operation, I wondered if I'd missed something. Sure enough, the travel infuser bottle (again, NOT this one) was for cold infusing/brewing only! Well, great. So I hunted around, found this product, and, seeing the many really positive reviews, decided to put it on my wish list.I ordered it a few days ago and, as usual, it arrived very quickly. I gave it all a good soapy-water wash by hand and thorough rinse and dry and used it today.First things first, the double-walled container keeps tea hot for a very long time. I brewed mine an hour ago and have had the lid off for nearly that entire time and the tea is still too hot for me to drink. I imagine that will be awesome when I want hot tea while out and about.Second, since the size of the top lid and bottom lid are identical (or nearly so), the container was stable as I was filling it with boiling water. I had no concerns about wobbliness like I did with the other one.I didn't have the same concerns about breaking the container while tightening the lids; the glass is significantly thicker than the other random one I mentioned above. The infuser basket screws on to the bottom lid and I have a tiny fear that if the thread part of the basket ever were to get bent, it would no longer screw on to the bottom lid. Since I'm hand-washing it, I don't think it will happen, but if it's on our drying mat and a pan falls on it, it might be game over for the infuser basket. (The other one I mentioned above has a drop-in basket which could probably be bent a little and still function properly.)(I will confess that I'd unscrewed the basket, set it on top of the bottom lid (opening-up), grabbed a scoop of loose tea and promptly dumped the loose tea into the container, not the basket. D'ohh! Easily rectified, but something I'll need to pay closer attention to.)So, given all the positives (especially compared to the other one I bought which was simply unsuitable for hot tea for travel), why the missing star? Well, it's because the o-rings (which I think I got 4 extras of, so that's pretty cool in case one or more get damaged/lost over time) are almost impossible to remove. I tried using my fingers, the edge of a spoon, the tip of a butter knife, smacking it against my finger, and nothing would get the gasket to come out. I washed it well, but I'm sure that over time, mold will hang out underneath and I really want to access below the gaskets. As I see it, the only way to remove the gaskets (without destroying them) is to use a tool like a dental pick to get underneath an edge and then remove it.Clearly not a showstopper, but maybe including some sort of gasket-removal tool would allow us to be sure that everything is nice and clean, including underneath the gasket.Truth be told, I probably will not be using this every day (since it keeps my tea too hot for consuming in a reasonable time at my desk), but I am glad I have it for when I want to take some hot tea with me.
