Although these are not fully real chocolate, there is some chocolate in them, and they are far superior to the "bark" in the grocery stores. It does cost more but it's worth it to me. I do a lot of baking and have recently begun to make more chocolate treats. These wafers melt nicely in the microwave and taste like good quality chocolate without leaving a waxy taste in your mouth. I made peppermint patties this year and the chocolate was great for dipping and set up nicely. The people I shared them with all said they were delicious. I use about 15 pounds of dark chocolate and 10 pounds of white chocolate a year. I buy it in late fall so it's cool enough not to melt them and have never had a problem with that. I highly recommend this product.

Many people talk about the chocolate not melting smooth. take 1/2 tsp of coconut oil and met it on the bottom of a pan and add the chocolate. Keep stirring, put it on the heat for 1 minute stirring, take off the heat and stir for 1 minute, add it back to the heat as you stir.... keep doing it until its Melted evenly. This is amazing chocolate! Not sour like the dark chocolate. They arrived fresh, the texture was perfect.
