Nature's Plus Blueberry Spirutein Shake 1 lb powder

I am not entirely sure why people say this is the best flavor they have ever tried for protein. I found that this had a chalky taste...almost pasty. And want worse is that cut the serving in half because I use soy milk and add berries on some occasions. This was hard to drink. I only use 1/4 of the scoop to sweeten my kale smoothies...but t still has a funny taste. I'll stay with my chocolaTe GNC.

I've tried Chocolate, Blue berries and Cream, and Raspberry Royale - all are good tasting in my opinion. I use these as a meal supplement and/or snack and find that it is satisfying for around 2-3 hours after consumption. I mix it with unsweetened Almond milk with a milk frother (instead of a blender) and add grounded flaxseed to enhance the fiber content (1 g of dietary fiber incase anyone cares). It does not mix well with just a spoon as the it clumps to the top of the liquid but mixes well with the frother in only 10 seconds. The total calories per scoop is 110 with 0 g of fat, 100 mg of sodium, 12g of sugars, 14 g of protein. It has a bit more sugar than the Raspberry Royal (I don't know how it compares sugar wise to the other flavors but the Raspberry has 10g of sugar). It also has some 100% RDA of certain vitamins and minerals including Vitamin A, C, D, E, Thiamin etc. The blue berry bits in this are freeze dried, so unless you let it sit for a bit they tend to remain "crunchy." Overall, a very good tasting dietary supplement.

I didn't like this flavor at all but you may. I found it way too sweet and the extra sugar over the Chocolate and Vanilla flavors is not needed. It seemed very artificial.

Having purchased other brands of Energy replacement drinks in the past and not liking them I was a bit worried when I ordered this brand. However, I was very pleased with my purchase. I did notice it does not dissolve as well as claimed, but by putting it in my blender with a small amount of fruit juice added it turns out great. I have used it with regular dry milk and rice milk soy milk and almond milk, but liked it best mixed with vanilla soy milk. If you mix it in a blender take time to stop blender and scrape down inside of container to remove and grains of the drink mix then blend a few minutes longer. I will be buying this favor again.

This one is very good, but the little bits of blueberries don't always blend well so you can't drink it through a straw.

This stuff is great tasting. I add frozen blueberries, blackberries, banana, and strawberries with some high protein almond milk and a little ice, put it all in a blender. It gives me energy. I also mix this with the Raspberry Royale Spiru-tien flavor at a 50/50 mixture with the blueberries and cream.We have a local store that sells products for restaurants in bulk cases, recommend to keep the cost of the berries down if you have one local.

Tastes like stevia. I got the sample pack and loved the blueberries and cream so I ordered this, but it tastes so different from the sample pack. That stevia tastes horrid and leaves a aweful aftertaste.

Blueberries and cream variety a tad overpowering, so I mix less of the powder in my milk. Put liquid in first, then top with the powder and you won't get a messy result. I highly recommend product for weight loss or if you don't think you're eating properly and need more nutrition. I have for breakfast and sometimes for a late night hunger attack. Love the product.
