Not a great solution but it's better than nothing.
The pads are flimsy and very small. They do help to keep my clothes clean but I wish they had various formats (ex. Small, Medium, Large, Extra-Large).

Two kinds of cancer and two heart attacks in one year. I learned a lot about my body, and even more about cleaning stains from underwear. I have not had a single stain since I discovered this product. Oh yeah, I feel great, no heart damage & both cancers are in remission. Anal incontinence is my only lasting problem, and because of these pads, I've conquered that!!!!!!!!!!

This is absolutely useless. It doesn’t stay anywhere you need it with no adhesive. Waste of money.
It doesn't stay in place at all. Worse than nothing. Don’t waste your money.
