Great product!
I use this to move cakes from the cooling rack to the platter and it works great! Also, the folding wooden handle make it easier to store.

Works well
Worked well for moving pizza to and from the oven. It's very sturdy, and is easy to store once the handle is folded. Wish it were dishwasher safe, but it's pretty easy to hand wash.

Great pizza peel
It is the perfect size for my little pizza oven. I can make the pizza right on the peel and pop it into the oven. I use one side for regular crust and the other size for my wife’s gluten free

Well-Made, But Beware of Sharp Metal Edges
Very well-made, but metal edges were a bit rough and sharp. I smoothed the edges with a sharpening stone before using the peel. Easy to store by loosening the nut to fold handle over the paddle. Be sure to read and follow the washing instructions. There is no way for me to transfer a raw pizza crust onto a hot baking stone without a peel. I would buy this item again.
