Must have
This easily turns your kitchen and mixer with meat grinder into a juicer. It is a fraction of the price of a name brand attachment and works just as well of not better then the more expensive choice. It easily separates the juice and nutrients from the pulp. It easily juices fruits and vegetables. It doesn't leave behind the pulp. It's a high quality juicer attachment that is used daily in my house. No need to add water to juice the fruit or veggies. The juice retains it's original taste and isn't affected at all by juicing it like some juicers leave it tasting more bland. It doesn't have sharp blades that can harm children or elders. It's easily operated young or old. Easily cleaned in a few minutes. Makes a wonderful gift for any juice lovers or families

Works very well. Much preferred to standard juicer.
My initial experience with the masticating juice attachment was using limes. I juiced 5 lbs of limes in less than 15 minutes and it yielded just over 750 mL of juice. There were no instructions on using the item in the “instruction manual” so I cut the ends off each line and then cut them in quarters. The juicer worked quickly and the biggest issue was the lime rinds getting stuck in the separate output. Two very tall containers to catch the juice and rinds would be most useful. I ended up straining my juice a 2nd time, as it was very thick and pulpy. There was a bit of leakage into my the bowl on my KitchenAid (see picture). That was minimal. Cleanup was a breeze except for the strainer, which will take awhile to clean. I did an initial rinse, soaked in hot water and have scrubbed it with a fine brush multiple times and it’s still not clean. Next time I think I will stop midway and rinse it out. It might do better at straining.Overall, much easier and quicker than the standard juicer attachment for the KitchenAid.

It definitely does the job, however…
You have to be *really* careful to make sure the juice level doesn’t get too high or it will back up into the juicer! Second time using it it happened and we had to take the whole kitchenaid apart and dry out as much orange juice as we could. It does work decently well and we are able to get through a bag of (peeled) oranges in under 5 minutes and that’s because we have to go slower so the juice doesn’t back up. We have also found that propping up the back of the mixer with a thick cutting board helps to mitigate any backflow problem but we are still careful. Haven’t tried apples/ carrots/ celery yet but I would maybe peel the apple first, just in case. It would be great if there was some kind of rubber stopper apparatus to plug up where the juicer attaches to the mixer to avoid any juice going into the mixer if it gets higher that where it attaches.

Doesn’t last long
I juice every day twice a day and was looking for something that wasn’t going to take up a large part of my counter. This product was great for the first month then after that it wasn’t juicing very well and would get clogged in the basket and started to leak everywhere I was wasting more veggies when my normal about would give me 16oz I’d have to use twice that amount to get 16oz.If you plan on juicing a lot not for you
