Was waiting for this product long time. Was skeptical at first as the seller was new - Brew Ninety Five but on inquiring got to know its Ashcoffee from New Delhi.Package reached in a day to Bangalore but it wasn't packed in additional box other than what Wacaco supplies which was disappointing as there is no seal at all. But Amazon delivery guys stayed back for few minutes while I inspect the product for any damages during transit and fortunately found none.As to the product, no complaints. Built like a tank and has a bit of a learning curve with respect to gind size and the rhythm of the pump press.Thanks to the seller for bringing the product to India and pls work on the packaging.

I received a used product with ground coffee stuck on the sides of the brim and coffee stains all over the product.

Espresso is bitter, too strong and undrinkable as many say, but the problem appears to lie with the brewing more than the brew itself. A correctly extracted brew is delicious and can quickly become a habit. Correctly extracting espresso itself is a science and an art and takes a lot of learning and experimenting. An entry level espresso maker does not cut it. Once the basics are done with, you hit a wall.The solution lies in a feature rich espresso maker but the cost is often prohibitive. Enter the handheld, manual espresso maker like the Wacaco Picopresso. Yes, it perhaps does not make as good an espresso as a properly dialled in commercial espresso machine, but our situation is a lot of these machines in cafes but not dialled in and using cheap, stale coffee dishing out bad brews. Here, with good, fresh coffee and a good espresso grinder in hand, the Picopresso excels as a very affordable and capable espresso brewer. It definitely makes better espressos than most of 'our' cafes.An essential add-on to the setup is an espresso grinder with micro adjustments.Other useful accessories that help in brewing better is a good coffee scale, the pressure gauge and a puck guard/screen.EDIT - July 28, 2024The unit had a pump issue. Contacted the seller and now have a new, replacement in hand. The entire experience was smooth and no hassles. Increased my confidence on the product, the brand and the seller.

We can make a decent Espresso and good product. Need to a little extra pressure

First of all wacaco packaging was so tough and so superb. First impression was mind-blowing. Second its built-in quality is too good and ready for rough and tough. And the espresso shot it provides is too good and creamy. Highly satisfied.
