I was going to a personal trainer for awhile and he said that I had a really tight IT band. He pulled out the foam roller and sat there while I did my rolling exercises. We would spend some personal training time while I rolled myself all over the gym. I purchased a roller so I could continue the stretching at home, but he still had me spending a lot of time rolling around during out training session. When I saw that I could purchase a poster that had foam rolling exercises on it the light bulb went on. Shoot, why couldn't I just do this at home and save a ton of money on a trainer (note that I also purchased a poster with dumb bell exercises for women to get a more rounded work out.) So, I bought this poster and I simply clip it to a chair by where I plan on doing my exercises and Viola! I am getting a great round of stretching, in the privacy of my own home without spending $50 bucks per half hour. I love it. Granted, you have to be self-motivated and make yourself do the exercises. Other reasons for giving this a 5-Star rating are: * Variety - There are 12 different stretches listed on the poster. * Instructions/Graphic - Each exercise has a great illustration along with instructions on how to perform the exercise. * Well Made - This is nicely laminated and will last. All in all, I'm really happy that I purchased this and I'm saving money by doing my workouts at home. I purchased this with a discount code in return for my review.
