Resistant weights for the pool - just as it says!
These do what exactly they say they do and I get a good work out in the pool. I’m just not sure how long they will last, because they are pretty cheaply made and already have several dings and chips in the foam. I would say they are overpriced and I could get a similar work out using dollar store pool noodles. That’s the reason it gets 4 stars.

smart dumb bells
I use these dumbbells for outdoor water aerobics. They add tremendously to the effectiveness of water aerobics by requiring strength to counter water resistance. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants an excellent workout in the water.
