Flame broken
Flame is broken - help - can it be fixed?

Battery life is dreadful
Bought these as a Christmas present, but have proven to be quite a let down. The battery life is advertised as approx' 50 hrs, but lucky to get 10 - 15 hrs at most. Is outside return date and did try contacting Amazon but with no success. Would definitely not recommend on my experience. I also previously returned a set of 4 Luminara white tea light candles for the same reason, the battery life was abysmal. DO NOT BUY!!!

We love these candle. We have several varieties. We particularly love the birch candles. The birch is authentic and beautiful. The candles are real wax. Beautiful addition to our collection.

these faux tealights are pricey and they do go thru batteries pretty quickly. THAT BEING SAID, i am obsessed with LUMINARA candles. THEY ARE STUNNING & the FLAME has a truly LIFELIKE flame. in the long run, i’ve saved lots of money. i think, they are the best flameless candle on the market as far as looking real, and the flame looking real. they come in lots of colors and sizes and are a great staple for a seasonal change of decor. DON’T FORGET TO PURCHASE A REMOTE. The timer is 5 hours and, sometimes I don’t want to have them on for that long.
