Not sure if the on/off switch light is not working, or thats how is meant to be.The product came just in a plain cardoard box without any image or brand on it, what was a bit awful for a present.The machine itself works good and its easy to use.CONS: you have to fill the water tank every 2 cups, as is super tiny.

Finally found a machine that makes a perfect brew

Takes far far too long to brew. I know longer use it so I've gone back to my old one.

It arrived early. So far so good. Produces 4 small cups or one large mug of coffee which is not that hot but Ok and to my taste. Its a nice bit of kit so just to see how it goes in future.

Waiting for advice on broken steamer jet only had it since March 2022 used 10 timesI have had no reply and have contacted the seller numerous timesSorry to say I do not recommend you buy this product terrible customer care

Only had the machine for 9 months. It was a good little machine at first. Now the steam wand doesn’t work. I have descaled the machine twice just in case this was the issue but it hasn’t helped.

This machine does not produce a hot cup of coffee it is a waste of money and is now heading to the rubbish bin.

I was not expecting anything too impressive due to the cost. But wow I am seriously impressed, we love a latte etc and I pretty much get a coffee shop quality in my own home now.Really simple to use everything is measured out and instructions simple to follow.Only tip I have would be clean the milk steamer after every use try and do it immediately after use otherwise you can get a horrible build up that will need a toothbrush to remove!
