EDIT: I had someone ask me what the Yellow tool was used for & I mistakenly thought you used it while your hand is inside the massager. That is wrong! You use it as a manual finger massager. I just tried it, & it hurts my fingers! Won't be using it again!From the first time I used this product I got relief from my arthritic hands. It's such a comfort to have movement in my hands again. The pressure has 3 different levels from soft to strong; and the machine goes through various programs from your fingers to your palms to your wrist. It's very relaxing, and the heat setting makes it even better. I highly recommend this product for anyone with hand pain.

My family really likes this item. Whenever your hands are sore or painful after work, you can use this item to relief your stress. You can use this anywhere. It is useful and fitful(small). The little massager is very useful and easy. Sense it is small you can put in your bag and take it with you anywhere. The battery is very good because it takes a long time to run out of battery. The massagers material is very soft.

When first trying it out it was great!! Next day my mom tried to use it, since I got it for her. At first it wouldn't turn on. We put it back on the charger to make sure it got charged properly. After a few hours of charge, we were able to turn it on. All of a sudden when it was at highest pressure it froze and trapped my mom's hand. It was squeezing so hard she almost past out. I had to hit on against the table a few times before it released. It was scary. Amazon did take it back and gave me a full refund, but i'll pass on getting another one. Mom won't use it. Too afraid. Disappointing because it was good when working properly.

This is a wonderful item. I dont know if I'm starting to get arthritis in my hands but the massage settings and heat setting makes the perfect hand massage. I use this all the time and it really helps the aches and pains

This is very sturdy and seems to be helping my husband arthritis.

I bought this for my father-in-law. He had broken his hand earlier in the year and was have trouble with just getting doctor visits and therapy to help restore movement in his hand. This massager definitely aided in helping restore movement. It has heat settings that warm up the hand while massaging. He absolutely that loves this!
