Q: Its thickness is 0.75, will it move rolling the dough?

Pastry Mat is Made from BPA free food grade silicone and reinforced with fiberglass. Based on material properties, Nonstick and Nonslip, pastry mat is designed to be extra large, so that it can strongly adhesive to the countertop. It is very hard to crinkle and move as you roll out the dough.

Q: Can I use Bread Lame or pizza cutter on the mat?

Pastry Mat is made of reinforced fiberglass and food grade silicone, it can be reused over and over, safe, soft, durable and will not wrinkle or fade. Thickness 0.7mm, it is quite safe for the Bread Lame or pizza cutter.

Q: Is this mat dishwasher safe?

I’ve never put it in my dishwasher, it’s too big. I don’t see why you It wouldn’t work in the dishwasher. I just spread mine out on our countertop and give it a good cleaning, let it dry good, fold it back up and put it back where we store it. Hope this helps. I love the mat!
