ASICS Mens Gel-Invasion

I have owned a wide range of running shoes, including top of the line ASICS Gel Nimbus, and have a preference for the ASICS brand in general. I happened to try on a pair of the ASICS Gel Invasion and was amazed at how comfortable these shoes are considering they cost significantly less than the top of the line ASISC Gel Nimbus. They are my main go-to shoe for everyday knocking-around and workouts at the local YMCA. I noticed that the insert is extremely comfortable and bonded to the inside of the shoe, rather than a loose insert. I prefer this shoe so-much that I bought an extra pair just to have as a back-up. If you want an extremely comfortable workout shoe that does not have a premium shoe price, then I would highly recommend this particular shoe.

We originally bought this shoe at a local retail store, hoping as always that the hard-to-find sized 13 shoe would last at least part of the school year before falling apart. My teenaged son loved the look of the shoes and proclaimed them the most comfortable EVER. He wears them everyday to school, which includes running in gym class. I have just ordered an identical pair because the shoes lasted the entire school year (amazing!), finally giving out on a trip to summer camp. These shoes are a great fit, look good, and hold up well to daily wear, which means money well spent. Once this pair wears out after another entire year of school, we'll be ordering yet another. This shoe passes the teenaged son test with flying colors!

Asics instantly became my favorite shoe brand! I've never had a better fit and the shoe is so comfortable! It feels better than the shoes I put gel insoles in. The shoe is shaped to actually fit a foot; which, is actually pretty rare. I totally recommend you try asics if you never have! You might become a new fan like me :)

My son loves these shoes, and so I keep coming back to buy them.

a great design, tennis bit wide, so precisely conform to the foot and are not adjusted arriving to bother fingers or instep, excellent buy.

These shoes are very comfortable and perform well as work out shoes. These are the third pair I've owned. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They fit great. He loves them. He's been wearing them everywhere, even though they were bought for running.

Really comfortable, lighter than I expected. Went for a 4 mile run with them and my feet feel great must buy.

These are foreign made knock-off of Asics. If you are a long distance runner, the fake material does not provide the impact support required for running. Otherwise, they look and fit like the picture.

Looked good and well made unfortunately size was too small and had to send back. Return was no problem. Would have given a five if they would have fit.

Excellent shoes ! No longer have shin and plantar pain. I use it with some sport insole and they are perfect for my style of running ! I love it.

Truly a very comfortable shoe. The pitch of the footbed is slightly forward, leading your strides. But allows you to compress the gel heel cushion to make every landing comfortable. I really wish they made 11.5 though.

Good shoes. Very good value for your dollar. I would buy these again. They could use a bit more traction when on slippery sidewalks or trails, but they are really designed for dry pavement, which is fine most of the time.
