Q: Is this dress knee length?

It hits about 2 inches below the knee. A very good length.

Q: Is the blouse built in?

I believe the blouse is built in to this dirndl as pictured. I ended up ordering several for family members. Please measure yourself and order according measurements instead of usual size. These dirndls are very flattering and we got lots of compliments on them. I would not hesitate to wear this the Germany's Oktoberfest celebration. They are the appropriate length. The $200 dirndls are higher quality, and pretty, but as a beer drinker, I would not want to be splashing beer on a $200 dirndl. The Scarlet Darkness brand are equally as pretty, and a little larger cut. Scarlett darkness also sells the blouse separately.
