These iron pills are amazing. They don’t upset my stomach and they work fast with providing energy. I noticed an increase in energy within the first day that I took it, and improvement with other health issues in about 2.5 to 3 weeks of taking this and I wasn’t even being super consistent (probably missed 4 days). You get a lot for the price.

I donate platelets every 2 weeks. This has no weird taste, I have a lapband and this doesn't upset my stomach at all and it has my iron high every time I donate

Reliability
It’s an iron supplement so no way to know the effectiveness of the product for a while. It IS easier to tolerate than other iron supplements out there. Was recommended by my internist for that reason and the inclusion of vitamin C. in it’s ingredients.
