Cabernet Sauvignon Vinegar - 1 jug - 1 gallon

Best red wine vinegar that I've found anywhere. There is no shortage of balsamics and all of those fruity, flavored varieties. But it is hard to find a tasty, zesty red wine vinegar that isn't bitter or sour. This one is wonderful. A caterer told me about it and I haven't used anything else since. Also try their Zinfandel and Champagne vinegars.

I use a lot of red wine vinegar on salads with dinner meals. Small bottle don't cut it, so I chose to purchase by the gallon. Excellent flavor reminiscent of my Italian Grandfather's home made wine.

Not the robust, full flavored red wine vinegar I was hoping for. Compared with the Red Zinfandel Vinegar from Katz Farms, it's not nearly as good.

This and a reserve sherry vinegar are the only vinegars I use in dressings and sauces. Shipping costs on the gallon jug are indecent, however.
