This bag is actually much better than I expected when I opened the package. It felt a bit thin, the zipper felt like it might not last, but honestly, it does the job very well! I deliver for Door Dash and Uber Eats (Grubhub didn't like my driving record...) and i have found this bag to be excellent. The size is perfect for those wide bags from Outback, Applebees, Firebirds and Primanti Brothers. Taller bags can still fit if you take your time - the bag flexes upward. Just go slow with the zipper. Having two zippers sometimes causes me to swear - I pull the wrong one and open and close the bag at the same time. We'll see about the durability over a longer time period - but for the past three weeks, it has held up fine.

I do UberEATS on the weekends and needed a bag better than the default bag provided by Doordash, etc. The cheap bag Doordash provides literally broke the very first time I used it, so my expectations were not too high for this relatively cheap bag.However, I was very surprised, as this bag is LEAGUES beyond those crappy cheap bags that the companies provide for free.After 300+ deliveries, this bag is still completely intact - it can fit pretty much any order aside from the largest pizza boxes, and is good at storing multiple orders.The insulation quality of this bag is really amazing as well; even the most odorous foods are so well-insulated that they can't be smelled AT ALL until the bag is opened. It keeps food warm, even during the winter and on long drives and even with windows open during the cold.The removable plastic bottom makes it sturdy and able to hold heavy orders, and being able to remove the bottom means you can fold the bag and make it portable when you need to.I'm most impressed with the zipper which has had ZERO issues despite being treated a bit roughly from time to time and being in use constantly.I'm really impressed with the functionality and durability of this inexpensive bag. If you need a warm bag for deliveries but don't wanna break the bank, this is the one! 5/5

I had to replace another insulated bag I had that was disintegrating. I like this one because of the size and also having a hard plastic bottom that can be removed. I keep in my Jeep for unexpected emergencies. It stores nicely out of the way but opens up to a very nice size.

I used this when I was doordashing and it was pretty useful. Very spacious and holds a lot, also keeps foods pretty warm/cold depending on temperature of items. The only thing I’d note is that it’s not very sturdy, so beware of that.

I bought two! I use these every time I go to the grocery store. I can fit all my cold stuff in one bag usually, the other one I use to help carry in the rest of the groceries so I don't make multiple trips. They're very sturdy and easy to fold away and store when not using them. I go to the next town over for groceries so having them has ALL THE DIFFERENCE in keeping my groceries cold and fresh on the 20 min drive home.
