Bought this for my non-stick pans and it works as intended. I use it mainly for cutting brownies, cakes and pies. Slicing is good except on pies where the crust is hard, it does take some pressure. It's durability seems okay as long as you don't cut pies that much. It is cheap as well as being nylon so I guess can't expect to much for it.

Nice useable knife, not as sharp as I expected, but considering it's for teflon pans, that's understandable.

Use this for cutting in my coated pans to avoid scratching the surface and it works great for that. I also use it to cut up lettuce and I was amazed to discover the edges of the cut lettuce don't turn brown, even a couple days later. Glad I bought it!

Great for cutting in a nonstick dish without scratching. It's sharp enough. I've not tried to cut anything other than brownies and cakes.
