Excellent product, simple to use

I didn’t need five but they hold well

If you have several helmets, this is a good solution. Just locate the right spot for the camera to film or shoot in front, not the ground or the sky. Curiously, the glue on these mounts is very strong, but can be pryed off and placed again, so they can be re-used. One in my wife's helmet and one in mine makes it for different views.

They work, but it would be a better value if some work went into them. Instead of 5 identical pieces, it would be a better value if each one had a slightly different curve. Not all helmets are the same, and if I am buying a pack like this, it usually means I want to place these mounts on various helmets. It fits my Nolan helmet, but not my Shoei or Scorpion helmets. There is a slight gap under each mount. If dust gets in there, it may either scratch the helmet or perhaps come loose.

Sometimes, you just need a little curve in it. If you need to mount your Drift camera to a curved surface like the side of a helmet or a fender, you don't want to use a flat mount. The mount will warp and you will have a devil of a time getting your camera into or out of the mount. I know, I've tried. Save yourself the hassle, pick up a pack of these curved mounts, they will be just what you need.

I bought these to use as extras when placing my camera elsewhere besides my helmet. So far I haven't used one. They do appear to be identical to the one that came with the Drift Ghost. Don't want to burn one just to give a five star rating. Time will tell.

Great product and a must have if you have a Drift and multiple helmets...'down side is price, kinda expensive for a small piece of plastic with foam tape! Probly cost 80 cents to make, that creates a 400percent profit!

Quality product, fast delivery, would recommend

Stick in place really well and don't have any give. I've done a few thousand miles in one of my helmets with the first one of these and it shows no sign of coming loose. Really good quality.

I’ve bought both types of mounts (flat and curved) and they stick well. Like with all of these Scotch pads, there are limitations on how long they last. In use, you MUST ensure that the surface to which they are to be attached is properly cleaned and dry. Before removing the adhesive protector, hold it against the surface to ensure that it’s the correct shape. Once your happy, stick it in place and leave for 24 hours before attaching the camera especially if it’s held in the waterproof case which makes it stick out further and increases the weight.
