Soft white lite perfect for overhead dining table lite without being blinded by the lite. Plans are to replace the power switch with a better quality one as have read where this can be an issue in the further or soon after installing. Fairly simple to hook up with basic electric skills. Instructions on box are very basic but do warn about connecting correctly. Box says which wires are positive and negative, unlike read some saying both wires were black but it's always best to verify before hooking up. Hooked up to car battery to check which was actually the power wire. Completely satisfied with this purchase and recommend for areas that don't get a lot of overhead lite. Low battery draw made this even a greater item.

Ever since we brought our 2017 RV home, we have wondered why the inside lights were so bright. It's like they made it bright enough for surgery. Sheesh.... They are LED and I don't like the way dimmers get hot, so we ended up just turning on and under counter light. Then, we found this and it is exactly what we needed. I put it UNDER the roof vent trim and that softens it even more. Ours is on the center vent of a 30' class C and it provides a nice soft indirect light. There were zero problems with the install. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting to get away from "Operating Room' lighting.

The lights look great on our newly-installed Maxxair vent fans. I bought a remote dimmer to use instead of the plastic click button on/off switch that came with the lights and the dimmer works great (though I had to do some wire splicing and troubleshoot the connection for the dimmer remote). The holes to mount the lights didn't line up exactly with the holes for the vent, and there is a small lip on the inside of the lights due to the diameter being slightly smaller than the vent. But they are much brighter than the lights we had on our old vent and they look great.

There wasn’t a switch for the lights in my RV on the wall in the bathroom, which means you had to stumble around in the dark to find the light over the sink. The vent and fan is right when you open the door, so I mounted this so I just had to reach up and click it on. Perfect and bright!

Installation was not difficult for a DIYer like me. Some helpful videos online. Sometimes it's helpful to brightly light up the interior of my camper, and this does the trick. A note of clarification: some descriptions say the Heng's LED vent trim kit comes with a Clear or Frosted trim bezel. I believe the White Lens Ring Diffuser is the same as the Frosted trim bezel.
