Black Ops = Awesome
Awesome Black Ops Case!!! The case secures the phone very well, feels very solid, and is also lightweight. You can definitely feel the quality difference and craftmanship in this case from the rest of the cases on the market. I highly recommend this case for individuals looking for the best in construction and worth the money. I have yet to utilize the carrying case, which is included, but I didn't buy this for the package deal. I bought this because I wanted the best case money could buy to protect my phone from drops, falls, and everyday use. It also helps its lightweight, slim, and it looks badazz!

Do not recommend. Case fell apart top and sides
This is the first time that I have posted a review on amazon but am so disappointed with the Element Black Ops Case that I feel it is necessary to post now. Based upon the description and price I anticipated a well built quality case. Bought two of the cases, one for me and another for my spouse. In less than a year the Top my Black Ops case cracked and pieces fell off. Then the top of the case on my husband's Black Ops Case did the same thing. We used clear tape to hold our cases together. Then shortly thereafter my case cracked at the side (top and the bottom portion) and the side came completely apart in pieces. My Element Black Ops i-phone case now has over half of it covered with clear tape so it will hold together. The i-phones have never been dropped and never abused. The material of the cases just started cracking and coming apart. I would never recommend this case to anyone. I gave my old I-phone 6 to my son which still has the original case on it and looks almost the same as it did when new. But it It was not an Element black ops case. I am now purchasing two new i-phone cases of a different brand.

... hesitant buying this case because of some of the poor reviews. On the iPhone7+ I couldn't be happier
I was hesitant buying this case because of some of the poor reviews. On the iPhone7+ I couldn't be happier. It is solidly built and provides the level of protection I need - which amounts to small drops or scuffs. The "red" buttons are a little funny looking in the sun. What this case is : a cool looking case with moderate protection made from high quality material. What it isn't: A heavy duty case that would withstand use from an "operator" or withstand constant abuse. With a price tag of $200 I would assume most people would try to keep this case nice. As long as you don't fool yourself into thinking this is some "tactical" hardware, you should love it.

The best iphone case I have used
The best iphone case I have used. I had an Element case when they first came out for the iphone 4 and loved it the whole time. Once I got the iphone 6+ I tried a few different cases, but I have returned to Element. I will only own and use these cases from now on. They fit the phone perfectly and provide a very good amount of total protection for the phone. They also look amazing!

... money they charge but i will say it looks awesome and feels awesome
Im not sure if this case is worth the money they charge but i will say it looks awesome and feels awesome. Also this is the only case I ever owned where people actually commented on it while out in public. The top and bottom crowns can be hard to get on and off initially but they loosen up. The g10 side grips feel like you are holding a glock and it feels protected and substantial. also it comes with an awesome carry holster, the whole thing makes you feel like you are packing heat lol.

Expensive, heavy and not all that durable
This case is expensive, heavy but not all that durable. I've had it for less than 2 months and it already broke! The way in which the top and bottom slides over the main case and "clicks" in place relies on a very small piece of plastic which is prone to breaking the first time you attempt to remove it. In my situation I grabbed the top of the phone/case to pull out of my pocket but it got stuck and I pulled the top insert off and broke off the small piece of plastic meant to keep it in place. Attached two pictures show the top attachment on each side. On one side it's completely broken off. On the other it's partially broken off.

The Element Black Ops case is masculine, heavy, and exudes toughness.
I bought the Element Black Ops case for my iPhone 7 Plus. It's the first time I've ever spent more than $80 on a case. For those of you that have ever experienced the feeling of a bulls-eye at 1000 yards, the experience of holding this case in your hands will come pretty darn close to that same exhilarating feeling of seeing the target puller center a marker. The case is masculine, heavy, and exudes toughness. For you girly-men that need something soft, pink, light, and cuddly, this isn't for you. This Black Ops Element case is worth every penny.

Designed in California but made in China
The picture shows this side won’t stay clipped in and comes loose What better way to show your friends and everyone you’re cool military grade cell phone case with the made in China stamped right on the box! I went through to these cases both have the same problem, the top and bottom crowns connect through little plastic yes that’s right plastic clips that hold it together. It looks cool yes I’ll give it that but for $83 I was expecting nothing short of a kick ass cell phone case. The crowns or sometimes loose and don’t stay on. The manufacturer sure loves to stamp in big bold letters “designed in California”. But it’s Chinese made crap just like anything else so element please stop perpetrating a fraud. We’ll see how the second case goes but it’s not looking good I will probably end up sending it back. I’ll bet this isn’t even the case US Armed Forces prefers to use LOL. All the photographs of Marines and Army grounds in the field of battle sure do paint a rugged picture to the customer saying “this is the toughest cell phone case there is! Yea... Total BS Minus one star for plastic locking clips-2 stars for being made in China

Scam

Great....But.
Delivered on time. Well pleased. Loses a star for build quality though. Be careful with the so called quick release crowns. The top one whilst a solid fit is quite easy to remove. The bottom is a toughy. Hence what you see in the picture. The whole piece came apart. I shall be getting on to Elementcase right away rather than send it back to Amazon.Update after 10 days of use.ElementCase contacted me and kindly offered me a replacement crown. In the meantime when trying remove the case from my phone it started to fall apart! Really disappointed in the build quality for the price.
