Great for greasy clothes such as mechanic uniforms
Great for washing mechanic uniforms! Leaves the clothes feeling cleaner and smelling better than regular laundry soap. I recommend mixing with your usual soap.

An Essential In Our Laundry Room.
I have been using Fast Orange Grease X for about 4 years. I own two Harley-Davidsons and perform my own maintenance and much of my own service. This stuff is terrific for getting oil and grease and greasy dirt out of shirts and jeans and shop towels and rags. It removes solvents and gasoline and their odors as well. While it will not completely remove a heavy bearing grease stain from a shop rag it will leave it serviceably clean. Most importantly it leaves the washer and dryer clean and decent smelling and that has kept my wife off my back for a long time. I've even used it on her kitchen towels after a round of heavy baking or cooking. It works extremely well on cooking oils and kitchen grease too.

Bottle leaks (CHEAP BOTTLE CAP). Cleans diesel as advertised.
The cap of this bottle is EXTREMELY thin and cheap. Cracked in transport- same as others have reported. It's not leaking from the threading. I had a pair of elbow pads that had been left sitting in diesel for a day or two. Was unable to get the smell out hand washing, soaking with detergent, and machine washing. I used this product to soak (even though directions say this is unnecessary), then machine wash on hot. Diesel smell is gone. The perfume in this detergent is a bit strong, though I no longer get nauseous when wearing the elbow pads. 5 stars for cleanliness. 3 stars for the super cheap bottle. Guessing I lost a couple of loads of detergent from the leak.

Works well with dirty automotive mess laundry.
This really works great. My mobile mechanic spouse really gets messy after some jobs and this detergent not only cleans his clothes but cleans the washer too. I do use more than the recommended amount on the label/cap but because the saturation of some of the messes. Motor oil, brake fluid, gear grease, hydraulic fluid, and more break down and come out of the clothing. Considering a drum order if possible.

Works great, but...
My husband is in the metal fabrication field and somedays he comes home covered in metal dust and/or some kind of fuel or hydrolic fluid *queue the facepalm* Regular detergent, even the HD Tide doesn't even phase his messes.... so I found this, marketed for mechanics and the oils and fluids they work with, so I thought I'd try it. It works well for the metal dust and the grease that follows, but it's not the best for hydrolic fluid. Takes care of gasoline and diesel fuel pretty good, although the smell of those lingers a bit after its washed, but it's better than anything else I've found. My biggest gripe - hence the 3 stars - is the seller, or whoever was in charge of getting it delivered. I ran out and needed some in a pinch and it's always been available with prime delivery, but the last two times I've ordered it, the delivery was canceled and I wasn't given a reason why, so I had to find it elsewhere (which cost me more, but it wasn't bad - worth the trade for the Amazon frustration) It's definitely a great detergent, does its job and smells orange-ish, but it'll continue getting it elsewhere.

Clean maintenance uniforms
My wife has been using this on my uniforms for quite sometime and anyone who is a mechanic as I am would appreciate clean non greasy clothes when they put them on. It doesn’t remove all stains but has been great for most of them.

Nice smell
Nice citrus smell. Seems to do its job well. Doesn’t take much in a he washer.

Works Good!
The cap came broken as so many others had mentioned which is okay really. It does smell super similar to the hand soap but I do not think it leaves the scent in the clothes when done washing. It hasn't taken out older stains of my blue collar boyfriend's clothes but it has definitely lessened them!

perfect for removing fuel and diesel smells and cleaning oil staining, seems to take a few washes to removed long term staining but i’m impressed. using 1 cap full per wash on 40 degrees C, on a fuel truck drivers cotton/poly uniform.
