13mm Stove Soft Rope for Stove Door, Replacement Rope Pack, Black Rope Seal kit (with 50ml Super Seal) 13mm x 2M

Having watched how a professional installer replaced the rope seal on our log burner last time we needed it done, it seemed easy enough so I bought this little kit and away I went. Once the door was off and the old seal and adhesive cleaned away, it was a simple matter of running a generous bead of adhesive (plenty supplied) around the door and fitting the rope after sitting it to length and sealing the ends with the tape (also supplied). Fitting this is nice and easy and the hardest part of the job was getting the door back on, which took two of us. Great product, quickly delivered and much cheaper than paying someone to do this for you.

I've used a few over the years but this is by far the best. Glue is very strong and the rope is not too soft. Log burner is going better than ever. Happily use again.

Tape to stop fraying and enough adhesive for the job. Almost looking forward to having to light it!!

The weave is not tight and therefore impacts the closure of the stove.

Couldn't belive it, it's only 1800 mm long, 200 mm short no matter how much I stretched it. I stupidly didn't measures it until I'd applied the glue. Chucked it in the bin and have ordered a 2mt kit from the manufacturer. Seriously don't buy this product
