this works really well and quick. I was going from a box red to blonde and the smell wasn’t to strong although there was a bleach smell, and it warms up (I did use a cap) and it didn’t damage the integrity of my hair. def recommend using.

U dont need highlights after this coz once u use this it already gives a beautiful blonde shade u dont want to lose, just ensure u use develop 20 volume as higher concentration may damage ur hair

Yellow blond color is what it lifts up from if you have dark brown hair.
If you already have bottle dye in your hair get color lifter 1st.
