I love the flavor of these noodles. I make soup noodle or stir fry it!

Taste like rubber bands
I love Sautao wonton noodles. Usually, Sautao manufactures Canto noodles, Now Sautao manufactures Northern-type Chinese noodles, which taste terrible. However, Sautao was a made-in-Hong Kong company that moved to China. The quality of the noodles drastically changed into rough and tasted like rubber bands used different flours not like before. I contacted Sautao but no response from the Company. I think I have to change my taste to Korean noodles.
