I’ve been using this preworkout for years. Never side effect. Tastes great and easy to dissolve with water. I usually use hot water first and then cold.

Does the job! Gave me good energy and I had a strong workout. Good taste and dissolves easily. I took this for an 8 pm workout and it did not affect my sleep.

I absolutely love this pre-workout! I am new to weightlifting and found it was extremely difficult to motivate myself to get into and stay in the gym. Once I started using this pre-workout all of that changed! I still face the mental challenge of getting myself into the gym, but once I am there I have so much energy and genuinely enjoy the burn I feel in my workouts (something I've never felt before). Although it is a burst of energy, it feels natural, unlike what I feel if I drink an energy drink. I don't use a whole scoop, just because I only weigh a little over 100 lbs and don't need that much to get the same pump in. The taste is a little bit weaker than what I imagined so I just mixed it with a little bit less water in order to get a little bit stronger of a flavor, which is very good. I can't wait to try the other flavors!

The taste is pretty decent, has a little chalkiness to it. The energy boost you get from it feels similiar to amino energy powder. No itchiness or tingling. Would purchase again.

Great - just the right amount of boost for a workout without causing jitters. Tastes good, not chemically as some do.

Great mix. Enjoyable and no heavy stimulant crash. Great pump. Lasts full workout. Train about hour 4 times a week. Before anyone comments, IM 56. There are NOT MANY BUILT GUYS my age and above. Only reason there are more older lifters now, is because my Generation X , SET THE STANDARDS. So I hope all the young "muscleheads" train smart, so they could "stay built" in their 50s and 60s. Your heart , skin and joints will thank you.

I bought the raspberry lemonade flavor after reading others having good thoughts about it. But when I drank it the first time on my way to the gym, I literally had to pull over and spit it out it tasted so bad. I chugged the rest just to see if it worked. I saw some difference. Great basic preworkout but please spare yourself and dont buy the raspberry lemonade flavor.

The flavor mixes smoothly with water and isn’t overly sweet or chalky, which is a big plus. I also like that it doesn’t cause the jittery feeling that some pre-workouts do. It gives me the right amount of endurance and stamina, especially on days when I need an extra push.

Brilliant pick me up for workouts with noticeable difference. Unlike other ones which give pins and needles, this just gives the energy boost and that's it. The cherry lemonade flavour is just yuck. The only good thing is it contributes to waking you up.
