Delicious shells. Great addition to the taco routine.

We love these. Only a few were broken. The big box was a huge money saver.

Yum! The Nacho cheese makes for a nice change up to the usual plain options. I dont use them every time. I actually like these best paired with fish taco filling. The cheesy flavor and texture just works so well with fish. Maybe because I use different seasonings over beef tacos. I think I would use the nacho shells for use with chicken, pork, or plain veg and beans. Salty. Not so much noticed while eating it, but after--when I am just thirsty. Doesnt stop me. I also noticed that they soften up quickly, and can turn soggy depending on the wetness level of the stuffings. Still tastes good.I dont often find this in store, so when I happened upon it here on Amazon, I immediately bought a pack. Again, not something that I use all the time, but it makes a difference when I am making fish or chicken tacos.

I purchased several boxes of these for a High School graduation party. So naturally the boxes weren't opened until the day of the party to maintain their freshness. As we were preparing to serve 150 people we opened the boxes of shells. They were breaking apart in pieces, which could have been shipping, however; we thought people could still use the pieces for nachos. Until a few people discreetly approached us and indicated that they tasted stale and old. Last minute we were running to the store to purchase more shells. The expiration was not passed and when I tried to return them (after the party and then graduation) the time had expired. My granddaughter was so disappointed and upset because that is her favorite flavor. The moral of the story is to open them from their sealed package in time to make sure they are not how we found ours and soon enough to get credited if they are! :(

The lime flavor of these shells truly enhances our tacos.

The coating is more salty than it is flavorful. I'm not sure they're better than just a plain taco shell but they are quite novel for kids.
