We've had these at least a month now (I think we're going on month two) and we're really happy with them so far.We have two little boys in addition to me and my partner. Our toilets would get nasty so quickly from pee cause they dont flush most of the time.We cleaned the toilet before putting this in and its kept it SO CLEAN looking almost the entire time its great. Only had to do a small scrub after a few weeks there was a small small amount of color buildup but after that it's stayed just as clean as if we just scrubbed it day in and day out.Sometimes theres like a bleach type smell but it doesn't bother me. MUCH better than a nasty pee toilet. Definitely worth the buy in mmy opinion. Only downside is idk how eco friendly/sustainable it is but it does it's job amazingly and as a mom of 2 boys and one on the way I love this product.

To begin with I don't know where the 120 days comes from. I guess if you have a cabin that you only use in the summer or winter and never flush the toilet. Because your not there, it could last up to 120 days. I am single, and have 2 toilets. So not much "one", toilet usage. I put one in 11 weeks ago and its getting weaker I'll be surprised if I get three more weeks from it, so the math is; (lets give it an extra week)therefore 12 weeks X 7 days per week is 84 days. HOWEVER, THIS IS ABOUT 60 DAYS LONGER THAN ANYTHING ELSE I'VE USEDAnd just FYI, I was concerned about the claim of being "safe in a septic system", so I contacted the company Blue Ribbon of Indiana; the website information on the package is INCORRECT. I called and talked to a representative. and asked this product contains a bleach by product calcium hypochlorite known to kill enzymes. Enzymes, the "necessary" action that breaks down waste in a septic system. The rep didn't answer, his answer to me was for "me too look it up and see if it will stop the working process in my septic system". SERIOUSLY?I think in a normal city sewer system this is better than all else but jury's out on septic system safety

This is a HOLY GRAIL product for anyone out there who wants a sparkling clean toilet all the time, without having to scrub it every day! I am not kidding, I have searched FOR YEARS for a product that actually keeps the toilet clean between scrubbings, and this is it and beyond.I have been using this for a little more than a year, and I waited to write this review to be sure. I have tried every gel you stick on the side, every tablet you hang over the edge, every sprayer you step on after you use the toilet, in an attempt to keep my toilets fresh and clean, and none of them have ever really worked, and none of them compare to this.I have four toilets and one of these canisters is in every one. To be honest, once you put this in, you will almost not need to scrub your toilet ever - it's that good. The only cons to this product are a slightly strong bleach smell for the first few days after you put a fresh canister in the tank, but this dissipates by the second or third day. And, do be aware that this is a bleach product, so if your toilet splashes, or anyone in your house is prone to accidentally dropping things in the toilet, you will have bleach stains. This bleach effect seems to lessen after a few days, but I always move my rugs when I put a new one in until after the first two or three days.I cannot recommend this highly enough - it is AMAZING!

I have not used this long enough to say if it lasts as advertised. Living in the country with well water it is a constant problem with stains in the toilet but so far this product has made a difference. I can now clean the toilet with the toilet brush alone and not have to use a scrub pad and old toothbrush. Update as of 12/29/20: This product is still working very well for me and will continue to use it. It lasts a lot longer than any other product I've tried.

Took delivery in late Jan 2021 and last night the toilet started to auto flush. I took a chance to see if this chlorine would be easier of my toilets flapper valve but today I had to buy a new flapper and stop using this product. Too bad, it cleaned nicely, but destroyed my flapper.

This product gets an A++ for performance. It does exactly what is advertised. Our toilet bowls stay cleaner longer after adding this to the tanks. There is now one in every toilet bowl tank in our home. Will definitely be buying on a regular basis, and would recommend buying this product others. Follow the instructions, and enjoy not having to deal with cleaning toilet bowls until it's time to replace the container. Just remember to still clean the perimeter and outside of the bowl, a much easier task for sure.

This stuff has kept the ring from appearing around my toilet. Ever since I moved into this apartment two years ago, I've struggled with this and tried all kinds of drop-ins, hang-ins, gel things... Nothing kept this ring from slowly appearing within a week or two of scrubbing it off. And it's not the kind of ring you can just scrub off with a toilet brush. I have to put on gloves and use a pumice scrubber. Not fun. This has been in my toilet tank for a month and there's no hint of a ring. I wish there was some kind of scent, but that's very minor compared to how effective it is. And if it really lasts as long as advertised, I will be buying this product from now on.

I was skeptical about the reviews on this but we've found the holy grail of toilet bowl cleaners here. We live in the desert, so we try to conserve flushes, which can leave nasty residues. With this, one flush and no more residue! There is a strong bleach smell, but I find it clean-smelling. We've only purchased one round (2-pack for two toilets in our home), so not sure yet how long they last. We've had for over a month now and they're still going strong.Definitely a great value!
