I burned the heck out of a chicken the otjer day when the bake timer did not turn off.My pan was black. I was in a rush and there was no way I was getting to the store to get Brillo pads.Amazon to the rescue!These worked great. Brillo-best for cast iron cookware
I like the texture and smooth (not abrasive) but deep cleaning. Admittedly, my mother used it, so it is natural that I do to. I’ve never had a better-such cleaning pad
