Q: Does this help with pelvic floor exercise?

Lying on my back, With feet flat on the floor, I use the ring on the outside of my knees and spread my knees against the ring as I raise and lower my pelvis. Then I do the same with the ring between my knees and squeeze when I raise and lower my pelvis. It has helped strengthen both my back and abs.

Q: what is the resistance level? light, medium, or high?

that is relative---for someone in reasonably fit shape it would be medium to med light. if you are looking for real muscle builder, it is light resistance. it is perfect for building tone after an injury. i use it to do adduct/abduct leg muscles while i am sitting in the evening reading or knitting. for kickass workout i use something else

Q: How does one decide between the12", 13" or 14" ring? I am 5'3", thinking of using this ring for thigh and hip rotator workout. Any tips?

i use the 12" ring and am 5'8" - there are some exercised included with the ring. you can look online for other specific exercises for thigh and hip rotator if you need more. I have used the ring for 8 months and recommend it

Q: Where is this made? does anyone know of a version made in america?

this ring is made in China. I typically try to purchase items only made in America. Could not find a ring that met that specification.
