This product is outdated. The alarms on todays vehicles are digital this sensor will not work

Great addition to your alarm for extra piece of mind.
Had this installed with my Viper 5706v and the installer showed me how sensitive it can be. He tapped my keys against the glass and it set it off, so I feel a little better having this extra security. From my understanding, it's only listening for a certain frequency to keep most things from setting it off.I had one of these on a previous car and it never gave me false alarms. The real test is actual glass breaking, but let's hope none of us have to test that.
