Really like this whipper. It feels and looks really high quality. I've only used it for whipped cream so far but I'm really happy with the results. I'm not a professional cook-just a mom who likes to entertain- but this is so easy to use that even I did it perfectly on the first try. It's a beautiful quality piece- everything is stainless steel which is pretty awesome. Super easy to clean. We entertain a lot, and I love that I can have the convenience of having fresh whipped cream at the ready, with a pretty decent shelf life (2 weeks), but without the chemicals in Reddiwhip, and boy the taste and consistency is *far* superior. The tips are great for garnishing, and I bet its going to come in handy for frosting cakes. I Really like investing in quality pieces that will last years. It's worth the extra money to me. It would make a great gift for someone who loves to cook or bake, and the presentation is super classy with a velvet bag and all.

My daughter asked for a whipped cream dispenser for her "treat". I bought myself one too. We are on the Atkins diet and can have whipped cream but no sugar. Now we make our own with stevia sweetener. It is great we have whipped cream when we want it. No more grocery store canned whipped cream. This will keep for a while in the frig.

Great capacity, and whips great. Haven't had many chances to use it yet, but currently very happy with the performance.
