This worked great for my fish tank that had developed green water. I did a 1/2 water change and a three day blackout and the algae didn't clear. I used 1/2 tablespoon of this product and my tank was crystal clear within one hour.

seems to work well, I had been experiencing some algae in my largest aquarium after changing some plants with somebody. Lesson learned, I’ve been able to deal with all other types of allergy but whatever I had was just stubborn and was out competing all of my other plants.I used this as directed and I pretty much have eradicated the problem at this point, I also use this pretty inconsistently I will say so it took multiple attempts of actually trying to dose it appropriately but I got there eventually.There’s no odor, it doesn’t make the water cloudy for the first 24 hours but it’s just doing its job. I’d say it’s a good value for money, and I like having this on deck in my arsenal of aquarium products. It did not harm my fish at all when dosed appropriately.

I'd give this ten stars 🌟 It cleared my tank in a few hours. My RES turtle is fine too. It only took a 3/4 tsp dose. I have a 75 gallon aquarium not quite full. Good stuff. Its remained clear since that dose. My water was green cloudy. Now clear.

Does not work on algae attached to glass,rocks or plants. I used way more than the directed amount after not seeing any improvement for several days. Almost done with the bottle and algae is doing very well with no sign that this did anything

I will absolutely say that this product does what it claims; it clears up the algae (my five gallon betta tank gets ridiculously green no matter what light sources and how much cleaning I use). However, something to keep in mind if you have a smaller tank is that this product and its included measuring cup-- which is really nice, much better than measuring in drops in the top of the cap! -- really is set up for larger setups, and this product WILL harm your fish if you overdose.I think the product is great for clearing a fishless tank or if you have a larger (20 gallon or more) setup. If you have a smaller setup, like I do, I would keep a look around for other products.

I’ve never written a review before but I am so shocked and happy with my purchase. This worked GREAT! my water was so green and I felt like I just had to change out the whole thing, just a few drops of this and in less than 24 hours I have a clear tank.

Wow! My tank was ‘hazy’ and a slight green in color. Multiple water changes with no effect! The test strips were perfect but the haze wouldn’t go away. Bought this, 6 drops into my 10 gallon and within hours the haze was GONE. Tank is crystal clear now.

Works very fast on fluffy green algae that floats around. Doesn't work on fuzzy algae growing on plants. Also, be careful about shaking the bottle -- It seems the lid isn't that tight, and I got it all over my hands, which is scary after reading the safety info on the bottle. And if you have a tank smaller than 30 gallon, you will need a dropper of some kind.According to my AI source, the active ingredient, Poly (oxyethylene) (dimethylimino) ethylene (dimethylimino) ethylene dichloride, is a cationic polymeric algaecide used to control algae growth in swimming pools and ponds. It is effective against both free-floating green algae and black algae that cling to surfaces. Unlike copper-based algaecides, it does not bioaccumulate and is considered more eco-friendly.I still need something that will kill my fuzz algae.

Worked flawlessly. My aquarium was algae free for 6 weeks after 1 dose of the recommended amount. Very happy with this purchase.😁

The product didnt work on my green spot algae and killed my 5 fishes , i used in recommended dose .
