this product really helped my skin a lot but i thought it would also help my nails and hair. it did not. I would buy this again, but this time purchase something separately for nails and hair.

I was not satisfied with your product. In fact, after using the entire bottle as directed my skin seems saggy and dry. It looked better before using your Photoceramides. I would not recommend to anyone.

Love these as I do the Oz brand. I take one each night, (with food/dinner) and there is a marked improvement in my skin's moisture, suppleness, diminished fine lines/wrinkles. I look forward to seeing further results and this supplement is an excellent value. You get the 350 mg of Phytoceramides as you do in more expensive brands for less money, yet you're not sacrificing quality.
