It was definitely false advertisement because it was not a " Build a Bear" brand Sponge Bob, which is why I went with this site. It was just some cheap brand that I've never even heard of. It seriously looks like something you would win at a carnival that came into town. It is made out of that VERY thin "flannel-like" material, like on some of those cheap little toys that the kids would win on that game where they put in two quarters and try to pick something up with that big claw!Up until now, I have always been very happy with all my purchases from Amazon. I did receive my order very quickly, in about 3-4 days. Although I was not happy with my order, the only reason I did not return it was because my daughter, who is obsessed with Sponge Bob, once she saw it, would not part with it. But had I known it from the beginning, I would have never of made the purchase. But she's happy so guess that's what's important.

Got him for my great grandsons 1st birthday - he is quite a fan of Spongebob - and he really did like him - he is soft, cute and well made. Thank You!

NOT BUILD A BEAR!!! False advertising! Poor quality product. This seller is using Build a Bear name to charge more. Do not buy!
