Installed in 20 minutes!
First, this install time was just to install the seal, not the removal and prep of the 15 year old existing seal. The key items that helped with my install: 1) I cleaned, prepped and measured the existing seal frame to confirm the track dimensions. I did need the 5/16" style, not the 1/4". 2) I did not use any lubricant. It was very easy to slide one track first, then work the second track in with my fingers. No tools needed. 3) I did this in mild temps with the sun shining one the door. I think it helped to keep the seal pliable, but not floppy. Finally, I found that the rubber plugs included provided the final shaping or forming at each end to keep the seal firm in the tracks. In summary, follow directions included with the bottom seal. They could use some improvement, but do state to clean the tracks and install one bread completely, then work the other bread in after. After raising and lower the door multiple times, everything remains securely in place. GREAT PRODUCT!

Difficult to install, I recommend heating it to make it more pliable
Heavy duty and should last for years to come

Would have give 5 star but install was brutal
I liked how heavy it was , not flimsy at all, as far as install, I recommend 2 people and have yourself some dish soap on hand . Tried to dry install , got it half way and it stuck in track, took a bit of effort to get it back out. Next , blew out track with air gun and then put a thin layer of dish soap in track witch helped a lot, still a struggle to install but got it done. Sealed nicely to the floor, not sure on longevity, been 6 months and good so far.

Great fix, easy to do
I had a very old bottom seal on the garage door that was essentially crushed, torn and sections were missing. Just be sure to order the correct T size turned out mine was 1/4 inch versus the 5/16 which did not fit. I was able to easily remove the old, seal and this one was while not difficult, tough to get in. You really need two people. I did clean out the grooves with a brush and then sprayed some silicone to make it easier to slide in with two people. It was done in under 10 minutes and works great. Easy product to install, hopefully will last a long time and definitely seals the garage door against the concrete.

Stops water leaks
It’s a good thick rubber material that really prevents the water from coming into my garage. The ease of putting it into the track of your garage door was that that easy. It took myself and my boyfriend to install it. Luckily another had mentioned about spraying silicone in there, which did help it glide along but it took probably about 35-40 minutes to get it completed so, not bad. Great quality product.
