I had to use to stuff a woven ottoman that had decapitated to half its original size. After allowing the foam filler to expand for 48 hrs, I only needed 1/4 of the filler from a 5lb bag!😳 The ottoman is filled and tight now and usable again. A Great purchase for stuffing items and easy to use.

Needed 10 lbs for a small bean bag chair. This stuff is much finer than the other shredded foam I've tried and so can get a little messier when opening and stuffing. It feels quite nice though and I would recommend blending it with a coarser, cheaper foam to fill in gaps instead of using only this by itself.

The filling was so smashes together that it too forever for 3 of us to pull apart. And your amount count was off you said 5 lbs would fill 2 cubic feet and the bag I purchased said I only needed 1.3 cubic feet so I should of had more than enough but no I am still buying to fill this bag😡

I used this to refill my Yogibo 6 foot beanbag bag chair. I previously had the filling it came with, those small Styrofoam beads, but wanted to try something less insanely messy to take out and fill and hopefully something that will last longer. I got the bean bag December 2022 and they lasted maybe 2 years before becoming too smashed to use. The chair took about 25lb of memory foam to fill. I probably could have used another 5-10lbs if I wanted something more firm. The bags were super easy to stick into the bean bag for filling with minimal spillage. My only complaint is that one bag had come slightly open before being compressed and it made a bit of a mess when opening, but it was easy to pick up the majority of the pieces and to vacuum up the rest. The pieces seem to inflate pretty quick to their original size and the bean bag is now once again super comfy to lay on and sit on, although it is a bit lumpier than it was with the Styrofoam beads. Hopefully this filling will last a lot longer and will be easier to dump into a trash bag if I need to wash the inner cover again. So far I'm pretty happy with the results!
