When you say "shrinks easily with extreme heat" can I use a household item like a blow-dryer? Also, will this fit 1ml and 1/2ml glass dropper bottles?

I ordered 10 oz plastic slime containers from here. It had 3.3 in in the picture across the top so would i get the 3 1/2 -3 3/4?
