Rupse 2" 52mm Universal Car SUV Fuel Level Gauge Meter E-1/2-F Pointer 12V

We no longer have to raise the seat to see how much gas is in the tank of our golf cart. This light up gas gauge saves us a lit of trouble. We don’t run out of gas, because we can see, at a glance, how much is in the tank. UPDATE: The sending unit (the part you put in the tank) stopped working after about 3 months. I still like the gauge, but I don’t like the sending unit. I bought a different type sending unit / float assembly.

Due to a wiring issue in my old muscle car the gas gauge simply will not work. This aftermarket universal gas gauge was easy to install and so far works great. Accuracy isn't bad, but the factory gauges back in the 60's wasn't all that great either. At least I now know when it is time to put gas in it and not constantly afraid I'll run out. It will do until I can pull the dash out and replace all the wiring.

As far as funtionality, I havent been able to wire the sensor yet. Leds work, guage is standard 2 inch. Only thing I dont like is the standoff style 2 point mounting bracket. These are known to break off. But at the price I suppose its fine.

Threw it in the garbage, not worth the hassle to return it. Upon opening the package, and taking the nuts off to install it, just fell apart. The mounting post fell inside the unit with no way to retrieve them. Threw it out and went and bought a more expensive unit. Lesson learned, don't buy cheap.
