Truly. If I can remember to charge this, I'm never left with a dead iPhone/iPad. Great for travel AND for lazy moments when the Innergie is nearer than an outlet.

Works nicely. Heavy but I figure it will be worth it on the train. I did get the additional adapters just in case I need it.

Very fast and can do my IPad and phone at same time. Don't hike without it! Would recommend to all outdoorsman looking for backup charges.

Lifesaver.
This was invaluable on our trip to Europe in July. With the iPhone 5's notoriously poor battery life this was in action just about every day we were out. Charges quickly and the dual USB feature is a welcome addition to the previous model which I also had. I was worried this would be a little bulky to carry around but it wasn't nearly as bad as I expected. Another home run from Innergie!

Great Customer Service.
I bought the PocketCell duo. It's a great little device. It feels good in your hands and slides into your pocket easily. The magic 3 in 1 cable came with the device. I had problems with one of the connector. Once the micro connector was inserted into the apple 30pin connector, you couldn't pull it apart without a lot of effort. The other connector inserted and removed easily. I contacted customer service and received a reply back saying they would send me out a new cord. That's good customer service. I didn't even have to sent the defective cord back....not that it would be a problem but it is a hassle.

2/2 did not work
Was really looking forward to this-got an excellent write up. Therefore, very disappointed when arrived and did not work. Sent back, which Amazon, as usual did quickly and well for replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement item did not work either. Emailed the company, and never heard back. Too bad, great idea.
