I use these black straws for my coffee daily. I hate the paper ones and was looking for something stronger, but still better for the environment. I stumbled upon these ones and gave them a try. they don't disintegrate like the paper ones do. These hold their form all day. Would recommend!

I have been using stainless steel or silicone straws. Good for environment, but with disability affecting one hand, painful to clean. These are great. While I can’t compost them, I hope they will deteriorate in a landfill unlike plastic.

I love how many you get and the fact that they are made from biodegradable material but that gives them a weird texture. If you don't mind that they are not smooth then these are perfect.

I have been using these colourful, compostable straws for quite a while. I truly love them.! They do not deteriorate like the paper straws.Warning when you order. There are 2 types-one straight and one flexible. (The straight one might be a new style). I did not know the straight straws even existed until my erroneous order arrived and I opened the box. Due to a permanent stiff neck, I need to use a straw that is flexible!I thought I had just re-ordered, but somehow these straight straws arrived and could not be used by me at all.

I can't give up straws but I felt really guilty about using plastic ones. Paper straws are also terrible because they get soggy and make your drink taste like paper. These straws are the closest I've found to the feel of plastic without being plastic. I also like that they come in pretty colors now.

These are awesome. They are very durable and don’t disintegrate in your drink like paper straws. They even almost feel like a regular straw so it’s great to have the best of both worlds knowing that they are more eco-friendly. The only thing I didn’t like is that they are individually wrapped because I used them for a party so I unwrapped them before setting them out but some people may prefer that they are so no biggie!
