Best customer service ever. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for keeping kids out of rooms *by J***M on July 10, 2022* Just installed two of these to keep my kids out of the basement (dangerous tools and chemicals) and my bedroom (we all need some privacy). They work great- I set up the keycards as well as fingerprints for both my wife and me. They seem solid, and the fingerprint reader works reliably. Installation is no harder than a standard door handle. I didn't buy the hub, so mine are just handles with keypads and fingerprint readers, which is all I need/want. But if you do add the hub they turn into fully fledged smart locks, with remote access via app. My only complaint is that I can't get the tamper alarm to stay off, despite changing the setting in the app multiple times. My youngest likes to play with the fingerprint reader, which sets off the alarm and also prevents legitimate access for ~60sec. EDIT 8/22/22: I've installed a third unit, and all are still working great. One of the latches failed last week- all the electronics and smart components were fine, but the latch itself had a mechanical problem and got stuck. I contacted Yamiry support and they had a free replacement latch at my door within 3 days.
