Just installed two of these to keep my kids out of the basement (dangerous tools and chemicals) and my bedroom (we all need some privacy). They work great- I set up the keycards as well as fingerprints for both my wife and me. They seem solid, and the fingerprint reader works reliably. Installation is no harder than a standard door handle. I didn't buy the hub, so mine are just handles with keypads and fingerprint readers, which is all I need/want. But if you do add the hub they turn into fully fledged smart locks, with remote access via app. My only complaint is that I can't get the tamper alarm to stay off, despite changing the setting in the app multiple times. My youngest likes to play with the fingerprint reader, which sets off the alarm and also prevents legitimate access for ~60sec. EDIT 8/22/22: I've installed a third unit, and all are still working great. One of the latches failed last week- all the electronics and smart components were fine, but the latch itself had a mechanical problem and got stuck. I contacted Yamiry support and they had a free replacement latch at my door within 3 days. Great customer service!

I like it. Very sturdy feel, the feeling of a quality product. Works great! Battery lasts a long time. I now have two of them and tossed out our old one.

This smart lock was a breeze to set up, and the fingerprint feature works quickly every time. I feel a lot safer knowing I don’t have to worry about lost keys!

Pros: 6 unlocking options (fingerprint, PIN, RFID, app, key, remote) Sleek modern design Easy DIY install TTLock app supports code sharing and remote unlock Backup keys included Cons: Needs battery changes App is required and may occasionally lag DIY install could be tricky for some Great value smart lock for new homes, with lots of unlocking methods and good security, but make sure you’re comfortable with DIY install and managing the app.

I have 4 of these lockets on my properties and have installed many more for my customers. Quality locket with many uses. I had one break and Yamiry replaced the lock within 3 days. Best customer service ever.

The lock was a nice addition at first. I enjoyed the added technology than our previous lock; such as the fingerprint option. We also purchased the Gateway to allow remote access. The only issues we had the first few months were it picking up fingerprints (usually took at least two tries) and occasionally kicked a fingerprint out of the system. This was purchased mid July, sometime in September the lock stopped working when trying to open the door pulling the handle downward. It would get stuck and not open the door. Technology speaking, no issues, it was reading and unlocking in that manner. This came down to the mechanics, though we continued to use this lock. Well today, when returning home briefly before needing to leave for work, it wouldn’t open no matter which was the handle was pulled, still getting stuck and the latch wouldn’t move, locking us out of the house. After finally removing the lock and opening up, it’s clear some of the components are stripped down to the point where it can’t function as it should…not even 3 months later. Not to mention dealing with Amazon customer service has been nothing but frustrating, we can’t simply get a replacement with the hopes of us just catching a defect lock and trying again, considering the other positive reviews. Especially after purchasing the Gateway to use with this lock specifically.

1. Super easy to install on my right-hand door with only took me about 10min for the work. I did a lock replacement; no drill is needed in my case. 2. Order with a $15 off coupon; great value for the money. 3. For the past 2 weeks, I have been using fingerprint, IR card, and phone APP to unlock the door with all delighted performance. It's worth noting that IR cards and phone APP work super fast and 100% reliable, but sometimes failed with the fingerprint access method (~5% nonsuccess rate). With this regard, I highly recommend always being with your phone and IR card for preventing some unforeseen accidents. 4. keyboard works but the design is not smart. There is NO backward or delete option for correcting the passcode, once you type in the wrong passcode 5 times you will hear a 2min alarm and which is very annoying.

Damaged after 4 months of usage, smart lock is dead like no batteries inside, despite I try 3 different set of new batteries!!
