This item was perfect. I was nervous about measuring my son's neck and it not fitting since he was right on the edge of Medium and Large. But it's very forgiving.

These trach ties are very large BUT they are VERY GOOD quality and very durable. They're also comfortable, a little better than the ones we received from the hospital. (All trach gear requires some getting used to.) These don't make him sweat and they don't rub his skin harshly.

Got these for my mom she likes them she says they’re comfortable and She says she doesn’t feel like she’s being choked lol which is great.

I had to cut off about 5 inches (2.5" on each side) to fit my 10" neck. They are really really long. I got them to fit by cutting off the velcro ends and super gluing them back on after cutting off 2.5" on each side. I'm 5'5" 120 lbs. But they are very soft and comfy. I'm only taking stars off because of the length.

I love these but, I ordered size medium and recieved large so now I have to cut the attachment part. Makes it troublesome for my daughter's care.

I'm on my second trach and have tried many different brands and designs over the last few years but this is absolutely my favorite. The thin design of the tie along the sides of the neck makes all the difference. This design feels way less constricting and cumbersome than ties that are thick all the way around the neck.Having a trach is no fun to begin with....you might as well be comfortable!
