Claim that can be used outdoors is wrong. The base is not made of PVC as is the pole part. Neither is the top where the chain attaches, for that matter. The base is so soft that it cannot support the upright pole alone, and especially not with the weight of the chain on it. Place it outdoors and it gets even softer. Although seller is accepting return, it may cost too much to ship it back to be worthwhile. Also, there is not enough chain included for all four stanchions. So consider the cost of buying more in the project. Here's hoping they'll stand upright if you still choose this item.

I had problems with the VEVOR barriers that I purchased. Suplander stepped up and made things right with me. They seem to be a very reputable company.

It was hard to fill with sand and doesn't stand straight, always leaning about 12degrees to one side

Bought 2 sets and none of them stand up straight. Used them at a car show and was embarrassed! The chain pulls them over. Terrible, waste of money, do not buy!
