I purchased the "Dual" version of this charger because the seller's description indicated that it was "ETL" approved, which is something I was looking for. When I received the charger there was no ETL certification. I brought this to the attention of the seller and they were very responsive and immediately offered me a full refund, but never explained why there was no ETL certification. The charger itself seemed to be of very good quality and worked fine. I asked the seller whether any of their other chargers, like the ones with both USB C and USB A, were ETL certified but they never answered that question, so I will have to look elsewhere for an ETL certified charger. Overall my experience with this seller was excellent because of how responsive they were, but I wish they had answered my question about the ETL certification, since I probably would have ordered another one from them if they had been able to confirm that.

Great charger. Ordered 2 more.Would have given a 5/5 if the inner portion of USB C port didn't snap off so easily when my dog tripped on the cable. But still, the best charger that I have ever bought so far.

It is not exactly 65w as rated but maybe 60w, as reported by my laptop (note that I did use a 100w USB-C cable). However, it supports Superfast Charging 2.0, which was a surprise to me. Other less rated Superfast Charging 2.0 chargers would actually cost more than this one. So, this chargers is a good idea. The look and feel of this charger is pleasing as well.

So first it's not fast charging if you use both the type c and USB port together only one or the other but it does work and it can charge a multitude of devices so A+ for that all in all decent product

I got this since I wanted a high quality charger that's compact and didn't want to pay a premium over xx"ker" brand. Well overall it's great, semi heats up on a charge with both macbook and ipad both using USB-C connectors. My only gripe which really annoys me is that traveling overseas using this charger was a no-brainer for me, and most electronics of this nature covers the spectrum of voltages and frequencies for 90% of the countries. You'd think a very popular country such as Japan (the mother of most electronics) would be a country where their voltage is covered.Nope, this charger does 110v - 240v and Japan is 100v. 10v difference won't do much and my electronics can handle it since 10v difference is most likely noise but still... with safe of mind 100v-240v would be appreciated. Also it's slow to the charge in terms of recognizing something then charging. I'll plug in one device to the charger that has already another device charging (the charger has 3 charging ports) then the entire charging operation stops for 1-2 seconds and resumes charging.

I have used this to charge a multitude of electronic devices. About one or two will indicate that it is INDEED "fast charging" if at all. The one device that does consistantly state it is charging faster than "fast charging" is a Samsung S20 FE 5G. It states "super fast charging." Seems to me it works.
