Went for these as a bit of a gamble that hasn’t paid off. Used twice a week for leg and lower days for a few exercises. It’s been around two months and the stitches are starting to come loose on one of them. Probably best to go with a different option.Update 27-05-24:The seller contacted me and offered to send out a new pair. Hopefully, these will last longer.

so id been using basic knee support sleeves for a while and i though they did the job, i stumbled across these 7mm sleeves, and thought id give them a try. they are fantastic, so much so, i attempted with confidence 10kg to my pb, and managed the lift and didnt feel like my knees were about to dislocate!cheaper than most 7mm sleeves on here, but dont let that put you off. great bit of kit.

I returned these as the sizing wasn’t right but from looking they looked well constructed.

The knee sleeves were very high quality with good support but unfortunately too small so they cut my skin. I would need a bigger size but if they had fitted they would offer great support.

I followed the size guide and these fit perfect, they are tight enough so they dont move during a workout and after doing heavy thrusters and a workout that included running, rowing and farmers walks I have no pain in my knee at all, I wish I found these sooner.The reason for the pain in my knee is because I had an injury to my meniscus disk, it healed but after a heavy workout my knee just ached and I didn't have the greatest confidence in it.BUT, now that has changed with the knee sleeves, best money I have spent in a long time.

I got these specifically for protecting my knees while learning how to wingfoil. You spend a lot of time climbing onto your board and then getting into the ready position, which is on your knees. Without some sort of protection, your knees will end up raw and bleeding by the end of your session. These are protective, stay in place, and affordable.

The Knee Sleeves provided excellent support during my squat workouts. They helped stabilize my knees and enhance my performance. However, they did rip after a couple of months. Next time, I would opt for a larger size (large instead of medium) for better durability (6' 205lbs). Despite the rip, I still used them for several months and found them effective for supporting my squats.
