Hardly any content, no real photos - a "Gotcha!" book produced just for Amazon
The book feels as if it was assembled by cutting and pasting content from the webMore than half of the pages are covered by just the name of a workout or workouts in extra large, page filling letters (see picture)The specific exercises are not explained by schematic drawings or photos. Instead, they are described in a short paragraph that seems to be cut and pasted. The few photos in the book don't relate to the content.I feel that this book was produced just for Amazon on a cheap offset printing press. The title addresses a small niche not covered by many other titles. I felt lucky to have found a book that addressed that specific niche. But I got fooled because I wasn't able to browse through all the pages like you can do in a bookshop.

Great workout guide with video content support makes it a good deal all around for mobility needs.
Worthwhile collection of Mobility WODs that are super for athletes of all types. What impressed me most is that the authors have set up a YouTube playlist with video examples of all the exercises at Getfitnowdotcom which is really helpful. I was able to study the videos online then use the book as a workout planner for the gym with the visuals clearly in mind when performing the moves. The authors are the real deal.

Had a quick read of the book and it looks good with plenty of exercises and routines to follow.

Achtung Irreführung
Das Buch wäre im Laden unverkäuflich. Jeder da da einen Blick vorm Kauf reinwerfen könnte wäre ernsthaft abgeschreckt von den vielen Seiten auf denen ausser 5 Übungen in Fettschrift nichts steht. Ichhabe keine Ahnung, was der Sinn des Buches sein soll, für den Fachmann ist es nicht mehr als eine Stichwort- und Ideensammlung. Der Laie kann mit den skizierten Trainingsprogrammen nicht viel anfangen und im ungünstigen Fall sogar negative Ergebnisse erzielen. Der Titel ist auch etwas irreführend wie ich finde, denn es geht nicht primär um Mobility wie sie der Rest der welt versteht, sondern um allegemeine Fitness, was der Autor wohl als Mobility versteht.Den zweiten Stern gibt es nur, weil es die Übungen um Internet als Video gibt.Ich habe zum ersten Mal ein Buch bei Amazon zurückgeschickt.

Misleading title and full of unsubstantiated "shoulds"
This is not about mobility - it's about strength workouts. I love the swim workout book in this series and I do mobility every day so thought I would try this book. But the title is misleading - it's not about mobility - it's about grabbing your barbell and doing squats and deadlifts and stuff.OK I know I could do with some strength work so I flicked through to see how it might relate to me. And encountered a list of "shoulds". A woman "should" be able to run a mile in 8 mins, "should" be able to lift her body weight in a bench press, "should" be able to jump her height, "should" be able to do 33 press-ups...What age of woman? What athletic ability? What history of exercise? And - says who?!?If you don't meet those ridiculous "shoulds" (like 99% of women who aren't full-time athletes) there is no comforting guidance on how to move yourself towards them, just told to make your own programme and you then get lost in pages and pages of workouts and then looking up exercise descriptions.Not well described and not put together well
